Beat the Shot Clock is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of Beat the Buzzer. If BEAT the BUZZER(tm) Shot Clock  is reported defective within 30 days of receipt it will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.
