1) Turn your BEAT the BUZZER (tm) Shot Clock "ON" by rotating the dial switch (right side of unit) downwards. 2) Control the volume level by the switch (right side of the unit)- rotate downwards to increase the volume level and rotate upwards to decrease volume level 3) Select College mode (35 seconds) or Pro Mode (24 seconds) by depressing the college or Pro button located below the LED Display. 4) Turn your BEAT the BUZZER(tm) Shot Clock "OFF" by rotating the dial switch (right side of unit) upwards until it clicks.
